Reservation & Cancellation Policy

Here at inHER Beauty, we value you and your time. Our mission is to cater to you and give you our undivided attention during your visit. With that in mind, we ask that you arrive on time and be ready to be pampered. 

When scheduling your appointments, please ensure that it is a date and time that you can commit to. We know that life can be unpredictable from time-to-time. Understanding that, we will honor a 15-minute grace period. Beyond that grace period, your appointment will automatically be cancelled; and the Reservation fee will be applied as the cancellation fee.  
We take our job and craft seriously and hope you value us and our time as well. Every scheduled appointment, cancelled appointment or no-show has a direct impact on our business; and we ask that you respect that when scheduling, canceling, arriving late or not at all. This small gesture affects the heartbeat of our business; and we hope that you understand the importance of the reservation/cancellation policy.
 Appointments rescheduled or cancelled within 48 hours will be able to transfer the reservation fee to the new scheduled appointment.

Appointments cancelled after 48 hours will forfeit the reservation fee. Future appointments will require a new reservation fee at booking. 

No-Show’s will forfeit the reservation fee.
Late arrivals beyond 15 minutes should call the cosmetologist on duty to see if they have availability to honor the service or defer to reschedule. Abuse of this grace period will not be tolerated.
Required reservation fee will vary by service.
